- Google lead forms shown in our Google ads: your name, email address and phone number.
- Meeting bookings through our calendar (Calendly): your name, email, the time you choose and any notes you add.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you to our site, approximate location (city/country), browser and device type, and IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies – see section 6.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information (such as health, religious or financial data) and ask you not to send it through our forms.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and arrange demos or site visits.
- To deliver our services if you become a client (for example scheduling 3D scanning, photography or VR projects).
- To send you a confirmation email after you contact us.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising – for example knowing which Google ads lead to enquiries.
- To protect our website against spam, fraud and security threats.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To send our newsletter with news, projects and offers – only if you have subscribed or agreed to receive it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
4. Legal basis
We process your information because you asked us to (to answer your enquiry or book a meeting), because it is necessary to provide services under a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business and keeping our website secure, or because you gave your consent (for example to optional cookies). Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it:
- Google – Google Workspace (our email), Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (advertising and conversion measurement), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), YouTube (embedded videos).
- Calendly – meeting bookings.
- Hostinger – website hosting; Cloudflare – website security and performance.
- Matterport and similar platforms – when you view an embedded 3D tour.
- Our email newsletter service – to send newsletters to subscribers.
We may also share information if required by law, a court or a government authority, or to protect our rights, or as part of a business sale or reorganisation.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential – needed for the website, forms and security to work (e.g. reCAPTCHA, security and caching).
- Advertising and measurement – Google Tag Manager and the Google tag (Google Ads) record when someone who clicked one of our ads contacts us (form sent, phone or WhatsApp tapped). This helps us understand which ads work. Google may use this data as described in its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Embedded content – YouTube videos and 3D tours may set their own cookies when you view them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Google and Calendly) store data outside the UAE. When information is transferred abroad, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client and project records: as long as needed for the project and our legal and accounting obligations (typically 5 years).
- Website and advertising measurement data: according to the retention settings of the tools above.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you,
- correct or update it,
- delete it,
- restrict or object to certain uses, including marketing,
- receive a copy of it in a common format,
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority in the UAE.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to act quickly if a problem occurs.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date.
