Bring Your Facility Online,
Wherever Your Teams Are
Give your teams an accurate 3D view of every factory, plant and warehouse they work in. We scan your site into a 3D digital twin that engineers, managers and contractors can walk through on any device, so inspections, maintenance planning and coordination can start before anyone travels to site.
The same twin is used to train staff in VR, keep notes on the right asset and, as an add-on, show live equipment data. Running several sites? See our Digital Workforce Experience. Industrial clients we’ve worked with include Valor.
3D Digital Twins
We scan production floors, plant rooms and warehouses and turn them into accurate, measurable 3D tours. Teams can check layouts, take measurements and plan work remotely, on any device or in VR.
Remote Collaboration
Leave notes, photos and updates on the exact asset or location inside the twin, so inspections, maintenance requests and handovers stay in context and easy to find.
VR Training & Onboarding
We build scenario-based VR training inside your digital twin, so new staff can learn routes, equipment and safety procedures before they step onto the floor, without stopping production.
IoT Integration
Available as an add-on: connect sensors and equipment data to the twin, so teams can see live readings where the equipment is, spot problems early and reduce downtime.
Industry 4.0 FAQs
Industry 4.0 is about connecting machines, systems and people so everyone works from the same up-to-date information. For most sites the first step is an accurate digital record of the space that the whole team can access, which is what a digital twin gives you.
It’s an accurate, measurable 3D model of your factory, plant or warehouse, created by scanning the real site. Your team can walk through it, take measurements and find assets from a computer, a phone or a VR headset.
Facility and operations managers, maintenance and engineering teams, health and safety teams, contractors and senior management. Anyone who needs to see the site without being there can use the same link.
We build training scenarios inside the digital twin of your own site. Staff practise routes, equipment and safety procedures in VR before working on the floor, so training doesn’t stop production or put anyone at risk.
Yes, as an add-on. Live readings from sensors and equipment can be shown at their real location inside the twin, so teams can spot issues early and plan maintenance.
Yes. Areas can be left out of the scan or hidden in the tour, and you decide who receives the link.
No. Smaller workshops, plants and warehouses benefit too. Even a simple digital twin makes it easier to plan changes, brief contractors and train new staff.
It depends on the size of the site. Scanning a single facility usually takes a few days from capture to tour, and larger or customised projects take one to three weeks. VR training and IoT add-ons are planned with you and scheduled separately.
Yes. We’re based in Dubai and work on projects worldwide. For distant sites, we can also train your team to capture the space and then build and manage the tour for you.
Every project is different. We usually price per square metre, with extra features such as VR training or IoT integration quoted separately, and send a clear quote once we understand your project.
