See Every Site Clearly,
Without Sending a Team
Oil and gas sites are large, remote and often hazardous, so every visit costs time and adds risk. We scan your plants, refineries, terminals and stations on site, working within your HSE requirements, and turn them into accurate 3D digital twins that engineers, HSE teams and contractors can walk through from anywhere.
Teams use the twin to plan inspections and maintenance, onboard new staff and contractors, and train for emergencies in VR, with access limited to authorised users. Managing several facilities? See our Digital Workforce Experience.
3D Digital Twin of Your Site
We capture process areas, control rooms, tank farms and pipe racks as an accurate, measurable 3D tour. Engineers can check layouts, take measurements and plan shutdowns remotely, on any device or in VR.
Secure Centralised Workspace
Manage all your facilities from one secure dashboard. Only authorised users can open each site, sensitive areas can be hidden, and tours can be password-protected for extra privacy.
Remote Collaboration
Engineers, HSE teams, managers and outside partners can leave notes, photos and documents on the exact asset or location inside the twin, so issues are discussed and resolved without extra trips to site.
VR Safety Training & Onboarding
We build scenario-based VR training inside your digital twin, so staff and contractors can learn routes, emergency exits and procedures before they set foot on site, reducing risk and training costs.
Oil & Gas FAQs
A digital twin lets your teams explore a facility remotely, review layouts and equipment, and plan inspections, maintenance and shutdowns with contractors, without everyone having to travel to site.
Yes. Our team scans on site, including operating facilities, working within your HSE requirements and permits. We agree access, timing and any restricted zones with your site team before we start.
Yes. New staff, contractors and visitors can learn the site layout, emergency exits and restricted zones before they arrive, which reduces risk and speeds up onboarding.
Instead of sending several teams to inspect or review an area, decision-makers can open the twin online. This saves travel time, reduces exposure to hazardous areas and lowers costs.
Yes. Engineers, HSE teams, management and outside partners can look at the same space, leave notes on specific assets and plan work together, even from different countries.
We build training scenarios inside the digital twin of your own site. Staff practise routes, procedures and emergency responses in VR, so training doesn’t interrupt operations or put anyone at risk.
Yes. Only authorised users can open each site in the secure workspace, sensitive areas can be hidden from the tour, and the whole tour can be password-protected.
Yes, as an add-on. Readings from sensors and equipment can be shown at their real location inside the twin, so teams can spot issues early and plan maintenance.
It depends on the size of the site. Scanning a single facility usually takes a few days from capture to tour, and larger or customised projects take one to three weeks. VR training and live data add-ons are planned with you and scheduled separately.
Yes. We’re based in Dubai and work on projects worldwide. For distant sites, we can also train your team to capture the space and then build and manage the tour for you.
Every project is different. We usually price per square metre, with extra features such as VR training or live data integration quoted separately, and send a clear quote once we understand your project.
